Booking notice

• To confirm the reservation is required to pay a deposit of 30%- 50% of total stay.
• Cancellation terms: your down-payment will be refunded if you cancel any time up to four weeks before your arrival, and the 50% 2 weeks before your arrival. After this cut-off date, no refunds will be made.
• Guests who depart earlier than booked, or who arrive late, will be charged a penalty equivalent to no more than 2 days stay, in addition to the charges for the actual period of their stay.
• The visitor’s tax amount to 1,50 euro per person per day, to be paid by all tourists from 14 years of age. Payment only in cash.

Equipment: attic apartment with 1 double room with little balcony, 1 bunk bed room, bath with wc, shower and hair-dryer. Dining room with big balcony with lake view, TV-sat double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette (fridge, little freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine)

Booking notice:

• To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of € 250.00 for each week booked is required to be paid by bank transfer.
• After 3 days from the agreement without receiving the deposit and in the absence of communications, we will be free to accept other bookings.
• In the event of cancellation up to 10 days from the date of arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded or a voucher of the same amount will be issued for a subsequent stay.
• In case of inability to travel due to the closure of regional or national borders due to the current pandemic, the same conditions will be applied for all cancellations up to the day before arrival.
• Tourist tax payment by cash only.
