Booking notes

A deposit of between 30% and 50% of the total amount, depending on the length of stay, is required by bank transfer to confirm the booking.
For late arrivals or early departures, only the room price will be charged for a maximum of 2 additional days beyond the actual stay.
The deposit refund, net of transfer costs, is 100% up to four weeks before arrival, and 50% up to 14 days before arrival. No refund is due after this date.
Our property does not participate in the Italian 'bonus vacanze' scheme.
The tourist tax is € 2.00 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over. Cash payment only.

Apartment equipment

Attic three-room apartment with a double bedroom with small balcony, a bunk-bed room, bathroom with shower and hair-dryer. Living area with large balcony overlooking the lake, sat-TV and double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette (fridge, freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine).

Booking notes

To confirm the booking, a deposit of € 250.00 per booked week is required by bank transfer; a copy of the receipt should be sent to info@lazangola.info.
